Why was I charged after my free trial?

Your first payment is charged when the 7-day free trial ends. After that, your plan renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose.

Important: To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends. If you subscribed through another company, such as Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, cancel with that company.

Subscriptions are paid in advance and are not refundable. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
