How to cancel a subscription on Roku?

A subscription can be canceled in several ways. Use any of the following methods:

From the Roku streaming player (with a Roku remote that has a button *)

1. Find and point to the channel you want to manage.
2. Press the options button on your remote control.
3. In the menu options, select "Manage subscription".
4. Select "Unsubscribe".

From Streaming Channels / Channel Store:

1. Look for the channel in Streaming Channels / Channel Store.
2. Select the channel.
3. Select "Manage subscription".
4. Select "Unsubscribe".

From a web browser with your Roku account

1. Log into your Roku account.
2. Select "Manage your subscriptions."
3. Select the subscription channel you want to cancel.
4. Select "Unsubscribe".

You can view and manage your subscriptions by logging into your Roku account here, and clicking "Manage your subscriptions."

In “My subscriptions”, you will find all your channel subscriptions, along with the terms, status and renewal date of each one.

Notes:

• You will be automatically billed once the free trial ends and becomes a regular subscription. To avoid this, cancel your subscription before the free trial ends.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-refundable, so you may be entitled to access the channel until the next renewal date.
