How do I delete my account?

1. Cancel your subscription first with the company that bills you (see How to cancel your FlixLatino subscription).
2. Submit a request from the Help Center using the email linked to your account. Our team will delete the account for you.

Important: Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, Vizio, Xfinity, Verizon, Sling or Claro Puerto Rico. Cancel with that provider first.
