How does FlixLatino billing work?

Subscriptions are paid in advance and renew automatically every month or every year, depending on your plan.

How do I know who bills my subscription?

Check your bank or card statement. The charge shows the name of the company that bills you: FlixLatino, Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Vizio, Xfinity, Verizon, Sling or Claro Puerto Rico. That company is where you update your payment method, cancel or request a refund.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are not refundable. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, Vizio, Xfinity, Verizon, Sling or Claro Puerto Rico bills you, that provider handles refunds under its own policies.
