Why was my payment declined?

Our payment processor sometimes can't verify a payment, usually as a security measure to prevent fraud. Try the following:

• Check your card number, expiration date and billing address.
• Try a different card.
• Ask your bank to approve the charge from FlixLatino.
• Still not working? Submit a request from the Help Center and we'll help you.
